Introduction

The TRZYQ series Mud Gas Separator is principally designed for eliminating substantial amounts of free gas from drilling fluids, especially noxious gases such as H₂S. Functionally, the Mud Gas Separator is mainly tasked with removing large gas bubbles, typically those with a diameter of ≥Φ3mm. These bubbles predominantly consist of expanded gas that has infiltrated the drilling fluid in the wellbore annulus. If not promptly removed, this gas can potentially lead to a well kick, endangering the entire drilling process.

Application
