1. Product Overview​
The submersible slurry pump is engineered to efficiently extract viscous and dirty fluids from drilling fluids. In the oilfield sector, it serves as a crucial component, routinely supplying mud fluid to the decanter centrifuge. Across other industries, it can operate in synergy with desanders and shale shakers, enhancing overall fluid - handling efficiency.
 
Our submersible slurry pump features a comprehensive set of components. The impeller, pump case, pump shaft, bearing, drive power, support frame, coupler, shaft sleeve, and shaft seal are all carefully selected and assembled. Usually, an electric motor powers the pump, with flow rates commonly ranging from 25m³/h to 200m³/h, catering to a wide array of industrial demands.
 
​2. Applications​
The YZ series submersible pump is widely used in various fields. In environmental protection, new building materials, coal washing, municipal projects, thermal power generation, gas coking plants, refineries, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food factories, and other industries, it pumps thick oil, oil residue, dirty oil, mud, mortar, flowing sand, and other liquids. In the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, it is used to pump liquids containing silt materials and corrosive liquids.​
