Introduction

The drilling mud agitator serves to continuously mix the drilling liquid, ensuring that the cuttings remain suspended. Our TRJBQ series mud agitator incorporates the latest technology. It consists of an explosion - proof motor, a speed reducer, a motor base, and a blade. The connection between the motor and the speed reducer, as well as between the speed reducer and the impeller shaft, is achieved through a steel coupling. The impeller is fashioned by welding four blades. The TR mud agitator is highly effective, compact in design, powerful in operation, and easy to maintain.

A large - torque mud agitator is extremely beneficial for thoroughly mixing drilling fluid, particularly when dealing with a large volume of mud that has a high density. We produce mud agitators with both worm and wheel gearboxes and helical bevel gearboxes.
