TRHMC-200 Horizontal Mud Purifier for Oil Drilling – Desander & Desilter System
Product Description
Horizontal Mud Purifier is a high-efficiency solid control equipment, mainly used in oil, natural gas, coalbed methane and other drilling operations to finely purify drilling fluid (mud) and remove harmful solid particles such as sand and drilling cuttings. It adopts the combined design of horizontal cyclone separation + vibrating screen, which has the characteristics of compact structure, large processing capacity and high separation efficiency, and is suitable for drilling platforms or mobile drilling equipment with high space requirements.
• Low energy consumption: It can reduce energy consumption by about 40%.
• The treatment effect is stable: The rotation of the slurry is not affected by the viscosity of the slurry, the pump pressure, and the blockage of the discharge port, and the treatment effect is very stable.
• High separation efficiency: Due to the large drum, high speed and thin liquid layer, the solid particles in the slurry can be separated under almost identical conditions.
• Low equipment procurement cost: The cost of equipment procurement has been reduced, and the cost is expected to be reduced by about 50%.
• It can simplify the solid control system: It reduces the equipment footprint, increases the relocation speed, and also reduces the total amount of circulating slurry, reducing the cost of mud and waste treatment
