Q3: Can I replace only carbon brushes and reuse the original brush holder?
A: If the holder base is intact without crack, melting or deformation, only carbon brush replacement is feasible. If the holder is burnt, cracked or deformed, the whole brush holder assembly must be replaced.

Q4: What does your warranty cover?
A: Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as dimensional error and poor material. Damage caused by overheating, carbon dust short circuit, improper assembly and frequent heavy starting is excluded from warranty scope.
