Step-by-Step Installation:
Turn off equipment power and disconnect relevant parts
Clean rotating shaft and installation interface thoroughly
Apply lubricating oil to seal lip to prevent dry friction
Align new TG oil seal with installation position
Press evenly into place using appropriate tools
Test equipment operation and check for leaks
Important Notes: Ensure correct orientation (seal lip facing oil side), check for damage before installation, and maintain smooth shaft surface (Ra 0.2~0.8μm).
