Installation Guidelines
Designed for direct replacement without modification. Before installation, turn off the bus air supply system and release residual air pressure. Clean installation parts, align the brake chamber with the rear disc brake position, secure with M16×1.5 threaded fasteners, connect air pipeline, and test air tightness and braking performance.
Important: After installation, conduct pressure retention testing to ensure air leakage does not exceed 5kPa. Test bus braking performance to ensure sensitive braking without abnormal noise.
