Product Advantages
High power, energy saving and consumption reduction (2 engine configurations 563kW Cum mins M15 engine with sufficient power reserve; transfer case, low speed, high torque, low fuel consumption and high efficiency.
No aftertreatment system, no DEF required, reduced use costs. ISU- ZU large-displacement engine features strong power and low fuel consumption ; the high-pressure common rail fuel system ensures full combustion and low noise; five-stage fuel filtration, two-stage oil-bath filtration, and Donal- dson air filter guarantee the long service life of the engine.
Fully electro-hydraulic system, high fuel efficiency
The main valve integrates the proportional solenoid valve to achieve fully electrical control. The wire harness connection replaces the pilot pipeline, making the fuel circuit simpler and reducing pressure loss.
Dual independent electronically-controlled main pumps and large-diameter main valves are used to achieve the best matching of power and hydraulic pressure, fully exert the performance of the machine, and improve operating efficiency.
The large torque slewing motor has smooth rotation.
Intelligent temperature control, longer operating time
The extra large radiator and oil cooler are used to realize low power consumption and higher level of energy conservation, and maintain the best operating oil temperature.
The enlarged fan features low speed control, low noise, high efficiency, and is suitable for high-load mining operations.
The cooling fan can rotate forward and reverse for both heat dissipation and dust removal.
