Gas To Liquid Stainless Steel Shell And Tube Evaporator Heat Exchangers Double Circuits

 

Features:

  • Shell And Tube Evaporator has a good effect of oil circulation, and greatly increases the heat transfer effect by using the technology of densely covered holes and internal guide flow device. Under the same refrigerating output , compared with coil, it can increase the heat transfer effect of the evaporator and reduce the volume. So Shell and tube heat exchanger can enhance its corrosion-resistant effect and reduce the procurement costs for any enterprise.
  • The core of Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers can be drawn off. Thus, it can be easily cleaned and maintained. When cleaning, we can not recycle cooling fluid. That will use less time and enhance more efficiency.

  • Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers tube that uses high quality seamless stainless steel tube has many advantages such as good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity and non-toxicity. Heat exchanger tube would contaminate no medium, have no buildup scaling, be not easy to leak. It is convenient for the installation and maintenance of equipment.

  • The inner heat exchanger core has used non-welding technology and the connection between heat exchange tube and tube plate adopts the advanced mechanical expanding technology and method. Through optimal design in many aspects, comprehensive technology is in the domestic advanced level. So products have reliable quality, you should not worry.

Shell And Tube Evaporator is suitable for water cooled unit, water source heat pump, air cooled pump and air cooled heat pump unit. It's applying for refrigerants of R22, R134a, R407C and R410A etc. The referigerating medium is for tap water, underground water, river water and sea water ,saltwater or brine, water and glycol solution, sulfate solution, etc. 

 

Work Condition:

  • Refrigerant side: R22,R134a,R407c,R410a etc.
  • Water side:fresh water, nature water, drink water, ground water etc .
