These amber glass vials are produced in our own physical glass factory in Shandong, China, using amber borosilicate glass that blocks more than 90 percent of UV and visible light below 450 nm. The amber colorant is fused into the glass matrix during melting, which means the light protection performance never fades, scratches or washes off. This makes the vials the first choice for light sensitive pharmaceutical ingredients, vitamins, essential oils and diagnostic reagents. Available in 5ml, 10ml and 20ml capacities with crimp or screw neck finishes, the vials combine robust mechanical strength with an elegant amber appearance that also upgrades the shelf image of premium products. • UV Light Protection: The amber glass composition absorbs ultraviolet and visible light in the 290-450 nm wavelength range, protecting light sensitive contents from photodegradation. The protection is permanent because the colorant is part of the glass itself rather than a surface coating.
• Custom Silk Screen Printing: Our in-house printing workshop applies multi color silk screen printing, hot stamping and frosting with precise registration. Logos, dosage marks, barcode areas and batch coding zones are printed exactly to customer artwork with medical grade inks.
• OEM Factory Direct Supply: We are a real manufacturing plant with glass melting, forming and finishing capabilities. OEM and ODM orders are welcome, and we keep our own tooling for neck finishes, caps and packaging to shorten development time.
• Chemical Durability: The borosilicate formulation provides excellent chemical durability and hydrolytic resistance, keeping contents stable even under long term storage. The vials withstand repeated autoclave sterilization cycles without clouding or surface deterioration.
• Mechanical Strength: Uniform wall thickness and controlled annealing produce vials with high mechanical strength and resistance to thermal shock, reducing breakage during filling, capping, transport and filling line handling.
• Clean Room Packaging: Vials are washed, inspected and packed in a dust controlled workshop. Individual trays, plastic bag lining and export cartons keep the vials clean and ready for direct use in pharmaceutical filling operations.

These amber vials are widely used for packaging light sensitive injections, oral liquids, vitamins, essential oils, veterinary drugs, laboratory reagents and high end cosmetic concentrates. The screw neck version accepts standard PP or phenolic caps with droppers and child resistant closures, while the crimp version runs on conventional vial filling lines with rubber stoppers and aluminum seals. Quality control starts from the raw glass tube and continues through forming, annealing, printing and final visual inspection. Each batch is sampled and tested for light transmission, hydrolytic resistance, dimensional tolerance and print adhesion before release. Packing consists of plastic film wrapping, corrugated board partitions and five layer export cartons, with palletizing and shrink wrapping available for container shipments. We provide samples within 3-5 days and production lead time of 10-15 days for standard orders. Being a physical factory, we can also arrange customer factory audits, third party inspection and customized quality agreements for long term programs.
