Product Introduction:
This product is dark brown gray spherical powder.
The sphericity of the powder is better, which ensures good fluidity.
The holes on the sphere are more uniform, so that the powder can be heated uniformly in the flame.
Coating properties:
Microhardness: 1250-1350Hv
Porosity: less than 1%
Combined strength: above 70MPa
Applicable temperature: less than 540 degrees Celsius under oxidizing atmosphere
Application areas:
The addition of Cr in WC-Co not only maintains excellent abrasive wear resistance, but also improves the corrosion resistance of the coating. In recent years, HVOF is used to prepare WC-Co-Cr coatings on the gas turbine, water generator, aero engine, aircraft landing gear components and all kinds of ball valve parts in the oil industry to improve the anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties of these parts. In addition, the WC-Co-Cr coating for HVOF spraying has also been proved to have excellent abrasive wear resistance on the surface protection of water conservancy machinery parts.
