Product Introduction:
Macro Tungsten Carbides (MTC) are fully carburized, mono tungsten carbides (WC)
that are stoichio-metric compounds with a consistent carbon content of approximately 6.1 wt. %.
MTC particles are considerably more thermodynamically stable than fused tungsten carbides
as a result of their specific composition and microstructure.
MTC are used in the preparation of diamond drill bits materials,
plasma spray (PTA) welding materials, welding materials and hard alloy wear-resistant electrode, (silk),
carbide materials, etc.,
It's widely used in mining, oil, metallurgical industry, construction machinery, agricultural machinery
and steel industries such as abrasion and the surface of prestressing reinforcement or repair and cemented carbide.
MTC products are appropriate for many different applications with different wear
conditions by the process of oxy-acetylene welding, laser cladding,PTA,Arc Welding.
