Compared to conventional hard alloy punch pins, the overall tungsten carbide punch pins for Panasonic Group have larger outer diameter dimensions. The outer diameter dimensions of Φ47.025 and Φ47.03 have a tolerance requirement of ±0.002. The outer diameter of Φ47 requires a transition with a radius of R0.50 and R1.00 to Φ47.025 and Φ47.03, respectively. The bottom of the punch pin has an M12 thread with a depth of 25mm. The Φ3 air hole runs through from the top to the side at a length of 50.9mm. The overall length of the punch pin is 94.4mm. It is a custom tungsten carbide punch pin designed for Panasonic Group's BM series equipment.
