Manufactured from advanced WC-Ni (Tungsten Carbide-Nickel) alloy and other specialized non-ferrous materials, these precision annular components deliver the essential combination of absolute magnetic neutrality, micron-level OD tolerance, and outstanding dimensional stability for the most demanding metalworking and precision assembly applications.
Recent breakthroughs in WC-Ni sintered ring technology have achieved magnetic permeability consistently below 1.002, providing:
