Our Tungsten Carbide Custom Valve Core and Seat, manufactured using high-quality virgin tungsten carbide powder and advanced powder metallurgy/thermal spray processes combined with precision grinding technology, provide you with the "hard sealing" core component for extended service life.

Extreme Hardness, Fearless of Wear: Tungsten Carbide (WC) material achieves a hardness of HRA 89-93, second only to diamond, effectively resisting particle erosion in high-velocity media.
Corrosion Resistance & High-Temperature Stability: Offers stable chemical properties, resisting most acids, alkalis, and corrosive media, while maintaining excellent red hardness suitable for high-temperature steam and thermal oil applications.
Mirror-Finish Lapping, Zero Leakage: Utilizing high-precision grinders and lapping processes, the sealing surfaces achieve a mirror finish, ensuring bubble-tight sealing under hard sealing conditions (ANSI Class VI).
Customizable to Drawing, Flexible Matching: We accept custom orders based on customer-provided drawings, operating parameters, or reverse engineering of old parts, supporting non-standard angles, non-standard flow paths, and special structures.
Drawing Confirmation: Customer provides existing drawings, or our technical department performs free reverse engineering to create 3D/2D drawings.
Material Selection: Recommend the most suitable tungsten carbide grade based on operating conditions (e.g., YG6X for high wear resistance, YG15 for impact resistance).
