Core Technology: The Foundation of Flawless Molding
Absolute Non-Magnetic Integrity (µ < 1.002): Utilizing a nickel-based binder instead of cobalt, these cavities produce zero magnetic field interference. This is essential when molding parts for MRI components, sensitive electronics, or aerospace systems where residual magnetism is unacceptable. It also prevents magnetic attraction of fine metal powders during filling.
Unmatched Wear & Deformation Resistance: With a hardness of 90-92 HRA, WC-Ni provides phenomenal resistance to abrasive wear from powders (e.g., metal, ceramic, ferrite) and repeated ejection cycles. Its high compressive strength (>4000 MPa) ensures the cavity profile remains dimensionally stable under high compaction pressures (often 10+ tons), far outperforming tool steel.
