  1. Optimized Material Performance (HRA 87.5): The specific hardness rating of 87.5 HRA represents a meticulously balanced formulation. It provides significantly higher wear resistance than tool steel (typically HRC 52-60) while maintaining a superior level of toughness and crack resistance compared to harder, more brittle carbides. This balance minimizes chipping risk during ejection and extends service life in demanding molding cycles.

  2. Guaranteed Non-Magnetic Property: Utilizing a specialized nickel-based (Ni) or other non-ferromagnetic binder system, this insert is completely free of iron and cobalt. Its magnetic permeability (µ) is < 1.002, ensuring zero magnetic attraction or interference.
