A: We use Swiss-type CNC lathes with guide bushing support and in-process laser diameter measurement. The guide bushing supports the workpiece within 0.5mm of the cutting tool, enabling extreme precision on micro-diameter parts.

A: Electropolishing is an electrochemical process that removes a microscopic layer of material from the surface, resulting in a smooth, bright finish (Ra <0.1μm). It also removes surface iron contamination for enhanced corrosion resistance.
