Featuring a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 (45 PPI) in an RGB vertical-stripe layout, this SHM2 variant second-generation multimedia panel with HDR support, wider dynamic range, and advanced local dimming capability. Built with advanced IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology, the LC490EQY-SHM2 delivers a static contrast ratio of 1500:1 with 95% DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage and a peak brightness of 450 cd/m². The panel achieves a fast 6ms (GtG) response time, ensuring smooth motion handling for video content without ghosting or motion blur. Wide viewing angles of 89°/89°/89°/89° (L/R/U/D) ensure consistent color and contrast from any seating position. The matte anti-glare surface treatment (Haze 25%) effectively reduces ambient light reflections, making it suitable for various lighting conditions. Supporting Mini LVDS interface with a 51-pin connector for the standard 2-channel 8-bit configuration, this open cell requires an external backlight unit and T-CON board (sold separately) for complete display integration. With an operational temperature range of 0°C to 55°C and a rated panel lifetime of 40,000 hours, the LC490EQY-SHM2 is engineered for SHM2-specific reliability.
