Universal Catalyst Euro 4/5/6
WFEC's oxidation catalyst coating is still effective at lower working temperatures and can avoid catalyst aging problems. Our expertise can ensure a low precious metal content in the catalyst coating. The three-way catalyst is suitable for all types of gasoline engines (such as: motorcycles and racing boat engines, stationary engines and small engines, etc.). The precious metal coating of the catalyst can convert harmful gases into carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen.
DOC/CDPF/SCR catalyst is suitable for Euro V and Euro VI emission standards for road diesel engines and national IV and above emission standards for non-road diesel engines; NTWC is suitable for Euro VI and above emission standards for road natural gas and other alternative fuel engines/vehicles; meets the national emission standards for motorcycles Euro Ⅲ, Euro IV and the United States General Motors EPA and other emission standards.
VOC emission reduction, using precious metals and/or non-precious metals as carrier catalysts can effectively purify complex pollutants and FHC-containing pollutants. The catalyst has been widely used in various industrial processes (such as chemical production, printing workshops, paint workshops, electronics and food processing industries, etc.), as well as in the purification of sewage and groundwater.
In the production of PET and PTA, inert gas is often used in the post-heat treatment process of polymer materials. A large number of impurities in the inert gas are organic compounds, such as aldehydes, ethylene glycol, and oligomers. These impurities in the inert gas can be removed through the catalytic oxidation reaction in the circulation process. The WFEC catalyst can react with the minimum amount of additional oxygen. In addition, the WFEC catalyst can also be used in the exhaust gas purification process of the PTA device.
