We supply high performance twin screw shafts adopting imported raw materials sourced from Germany and Japan. All twin screw shafts support fully customized length and diameter to match different models of twin screw extruders and meet personalized equipment renovation and production process requirements. Adopting professional cold rolling forming technology, our screw shafts achieve outstanding mechanical performance and stable operating quality for long term extrusion production.
Our factory covers an area of 12600 square meters with a construction area of 9500 square meters. Equipped with complete advanced processing and testing equipment we have formed a mature one stop manufacturing and quality control system to provide high quality customized twin screw shaft and extruder spare parts solutions for global customers.
We are equipped with more than 60 sets of advanced professional processing equipment including CNC thread grinding machines CNC screw milling machines CNC kneading block grinding machines CNC milling machines four axis machining centers automatic deep hole grinding machines CNC lathes CNC surface grinders CNC cylindrical grinders CNC sawing machines laser marking machines vacuum quenching furnaces and vacuum tempering furnaces. Complete independent processing equipment realizes full internal production and processing effectively controlling product quality delivery cycle and production cost.
To ensure 100 percent qualified product quality we adopt comprehensive precision testing equipment including metallographic analyzers Taylor roughness meters Japanese Mitutoyo height gauges coordinate measuring machines Rockwell hardness testers and Vickers hardness testers. Full dimensional detection hardness testing surface quality inspection and metallographic analysis are implemented for each finished product to realize full process quality controllability and traceability.
Our company has successfully passed SGS ISO9001 2015 quality system certification. We strictly implement standardized quality planning production management and finished product inspection in accordance with ISO9001 international quality standards to stabilize product quality and standardize production procedures.
