Solution: Our TSE-65 blue extruder with customized high-shear kneading block configuration, optimized for phthalocyanine blue pigment dispersion. The side-feeding system allowed 45% pigment loading.

Q: Is this blue extruder only for making blue masterbatch?
A: No. Blue is just the standard paint color of the machine, though you can order a different color. The extruder itself is for all kinds of masterbatch and compounds — black, white, filled, reinforced. We just think blue looks professional and easy to spot in a factory.
Q: How long does the screw last, and what’s the warranty?
A: Screws and barrels typically last 3-5 years under normal use, depending on how abrasive your material is. The whole machine has a 12-month warranty. Wear parts are not covered, but we stock plenty of spares and can ship them fast.
Q: Can you test my raw materials before I buy?
A: Absolutely. Send us your raw materials and we’ll run a trial on the same machine model. We’ll send you a video and test report showing output, temperature, and dispersion. That way you know exactly what to expect.
Q: Do you help with installation and commissioning?
A: Yes. We can send an engineer to your site, or guide you remotely via video. For overseas customers, we work with local agents or support via video call until the machine is running stable and making good pellets.
