The YSE50/80-400 counter-rotating twin screw extruder is professionally designed for polymer devolatilization and high-viscosity reactive extrusion processes. It is widely applicable to chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, supporting diversified production procedures including polymer devolatilization, latex coagulation, material dewatering, homogeneous mixing and complex reactive extrusion. This equipment is particularly suitable for continuous processing of various high-viscosity polymer materials, delivering stable and high-efficiency production performance.

Equipped with high-torque professional transmission system, the extruder can stably process all kinds of high-viscosity polymer materials. It maintains stable extrusion under high-load working conditions and fully meets high-yield and high-efficiency production requirements.
The matched high-precision gearbox adopts optimized structural design and high-quality supporting parts, with a designed service life of more than 72,000 working hours (10 years) of stable continuous operation, effectively reducing equipment maintenance and replacement costs.
With an 80:1 ultra-long L/D ratio, the extruder reserves sufficient installation space for multiple vents and feeding hoppers. The configuration of multiple air vents, liquid injection ports and gas feeding ports meets the technological requirements of high-standard polymer devolatilization. It supports multi-stage feeding and full reactive extrusion, realizing uniform mixing and sufficient chemical reaction of different materials.
Two professional screw structure modes are optional: intermeshing and non-intermeshing. Customized design can be carried out according to customer’s material characteristics, viscosity parameters and production processes, adapting to diverse devolatilization and reactive extrusion production demands.
