We provide professional repair and replacement services for full-range Coperion ZSK twin-screw extruder gearboxes. Our service covers almost all mainstream ZSK models, with specifications ranging from ZSK35 (minimum) to ZSK250 (maximum). With rich on-site overhaul experience and mature core technology, we deliver high-precision, long-life gearbox repair solutions for imported extrusion equipment.

Core Technical Advantages

We have fully mastered the world-class symmetrical transmission structure, which is consistent with the advanced technology of Flanders, W&P, Berstorff and Leistritz international top-tier brands.

This unique structural design enables the radial pressure generated on the output shaft bearings to cancel each other out completely. The output gears can achieve full torque output without eccentric load, which significantly improves the overall load capacity, operational stability and fatigue resistance of the gearbox. The optimized structure ensures a standard gearbox service life of over 72000 working hours, supporting continuous stable operation for up to 10 years.

To guarantee ultra-high reliability of the transmission system, we exclusively adopt internationally renowned high-grade bearings from Sweden SKF and Germany INA for all repaired gearboxes, effectively extending the service life of core components.

At present, most domestic manufacturers still adopt the traditional parallel three-axis driving structure. This outdated design causes unilateral load on the output shaft, leading to severe wear and short service life of only 1 to 2 years. Even the three-axis structures of well-known foreign brands such as Italy ZAMBELLO and Germany HENSCHEL cannot match our symmetrical transmission technology. We are the only manufacturer in China that has fully mastered this advanced gearbox transmission core technology.
