Our compact high-torque design allows smaller machines to replace larger conventional extruders. For example, the HPL51 outperforms standard 65mm extruders in output, resulting in reduced energy consumption, lower material waste, and smaller factory footprint requirements.
Additionally, our ceramic heating rod technology reduces energy consumption by 15-20% compared to traditional cast copper heaters.
Unique bearing arrangement eliminates radial loads on the output shaft bearings, significantly extending the service life of critical bearing components. The gearbox has a designed service life of 72,000 operating hours.
