This lab twin-screw extruder is widely applicable for polymer modification, compounding, granulation and film trial production in new material and plastic industries:

High Production Efficiency: Compared with peer extruders of the same specification, our equipment achieves 1-2 times higher output. The matched large-scale production model can reach a maximum output of 12 tons per hour, with superior production capacity.
Excellent Energy Saving Performance: Our small-sized extruders can replace larger models from other brands under the same output demand, effectively reducing energy consumption, raw material loss and workshop occupation area. Adopting heating rod heating instead of traditional cast copper heaters saves 15%-20% energy consumption.
Advanced Structural Design: The gearbox is designed with high torque, with a load capacity factor up to 15Nm/cm³. The maximum screw speed can reach 1800rpm, realizing high-speed and high-efficiency extrusion processing.
Long Service Life: The output shaft bearing adopts non-load-bearing design, which effectively avoids bearing wear of vulnerable parts and greatly extends the service life of core components. The designed service life of the supporting gearbox can reach 72000 working hours (about 10 years).
High Customization Flexibility: Support customizable D/d ratio ranging from 1.33 to 2.0. The minimum screw and barrel clearance can be adjusted to 0.15mm, meeting personalized processing requirements of different materials and processes.
