When a shaft in an existing 75-class extrusion line becomes worn, twisted or damaged, finding a replacement is not simply a matter of ordering another shaft with the same nominal diameter.
This 71mm twin screw extruder shaft is designed for OEM replacement of existing 75-class co-rotating twin screw extrusion systems where the new shaft must continue to work with the customer's existing screw elements, gearbox connection and locking structure.
