Screw Materials:
1.Made of high speed steel (W6Mo5Cr4V2 and M2),Vacuum heating treatment and overall hardening, high wear-resistance and toughness.
2.Made nitrider steel (38CrMoAIA). high hardness, super toughness, anti-corrosion and anti-burst.
3.Made of HIP material imported from Europe (super wear-resistance powder metallurgical steel X245 and WR5).With features of high wear-resistance. high torque, anti-corrosion and anti-burst, this type of screw elements is used to produce such engineering plastics as that of more than 50% fiber glass.
4.Made of Hastelloy C-276 (00Cr16Mo16W4),super anti-corrosive nickel alloy. this type of screw elements is used to produce fluoroplastics(F46).

Our smaller clearance ( as same as W&P ) between screw elements and the inner wall of the barrel benifits from our stable gearbox . And most of domestic extruders have clearance 1.5 times as big as run .

1.Materials control: All the materials are purchased from the domestic brands or Eurpean twin-screw specialty materials suppliers,which tested by elemental analysis and metallurgical inspections to ensure the quality. 2.The internal splines is checked by the spline plug to ensure interchangeability of the elements 3. All screw elements are machined by CNC machines to ensure the shapes and tolerances of the elements 4.Adopt the European high-speed steel powder processing technology,and do the treatment according to the strict heat treatment 4.process to ensure the wear and corrosion performance same as the foreigh brands. 5.Perfessioal technical team can not only provide timely and accurate mapping sample design but also the combination of elements of technical services. 6.There are various prepared technical information and the fitxtures for the various brands extruders to ensure the timely lead time.The common components have a lot of stock, even the new one, it can be delivered within 45days. 7.
