Black EP NN CP Pattern Rubber Conveyor Belts 15mm Height
The pattern conveyor belt is an inclined conveyor belt composed of a cover rubber with a pattern-like working surface and a flat cover rubber with a non-working surface and a belt core.
Pattern Types
Herringbone Pattern
The characteristic belt surface has a "herringbone" pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern can be open or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium, and low.
Suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and also for conveying bagged materials.
Striped Pattern
The characteristic belt surface has striped patterns that are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing.
Suitable for horizontal transportation of packages with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace the herringbone pattern.
Grainy Pattern
Features: There are grain patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or recessed into the belt body. The pits can also be made into square holes or prismatic and cloth patterns.
Pattern Conveyor Belt Maintenance
During transportation and storage, keep the belt clean and avoid direct sunlight, rain, snow, and contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and other substances
Keep away from heating devices by at least one meter
Maintain storage temperature between 18-40℃ and relative humidity between 50-80%
Store in roll form without folding and turn once every season
Use compatible belt types and specifications together, with glued joints preferred
Select appropriate belt type, structure, specification, and number of layers based on usage conditions
Maintain running speed generally not greater than 2.5 m/s
Follow design requirements for roller diameter, cloth layer matching, and idler groove angle selection
Feed material in the direction of belt travel using chutes to reduce impact and falling distance
Use buffer rollers and soft baffles in the receiving section to prevent belt surface damage
