Black EP NN CP Pattern Rubber Conveyor Belts 15mm Height
Patterned conveyor belts are inclined conveying belts consisting of a patterned top cover rubber, a flat bottom cover rubber, and an internal belt carcass.
Pattern Types
Herringbone Pattern
The characteristic belt surface has a "herringbone" pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern can be open or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium, and low.
It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and also for conveying bagged materials.
Striped Pattern
The characteristic belt surface has striped patterns that are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing.
Purpose: Suitable for horizontal transportation of packages with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace the herringbone pattern.
Grainy Pattern
Features: There are grain patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or recessed into the belt body. The pits can also be made into square holes or prismatic and cloth patterns.
Pattern Conveyor Belt Maintenance
During transportation and storage, the pattern conveyor belt should be kept clean to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow
Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances
Keep away from heating devices by at least one meter
During storage, the warehouse temperature should be kept between 18-40℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%
During storage period, the conveyor belt must be placed in a roll without being folded
Turn the belt once every season during storage
Conveyor belts of different types and specifications are not suitable to be used together
Joints should preferably be glued
The type, structure, specification and number of layers should be selected reasonably according to usage conditions
The running speed should generally not be greater than 2.5 m/s
For materials with large lumps and abrasion, speed should be as low as possible
Proper selection of transmission roller diameter, cloth layer matching, and idler groove angle according to design requirements
Feeding direction should follow the conveyor belt running direction
Use chutes to reduce material falling distance and impact
Use buffer rollers and soft baffles to prevent damage to belt surface
