Thermal Circulation Single-temperature Single-control Curing Oven For Varistor Production Equipment
The heat circulation single-temperature single-control curing oven is 1400mm in height, 1280mm in width and 740mm in depth. The exterior of the box is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate and the surface is treated with baking varnish. The box is painted in a bright blue color. The middle layer is made of 1.0mm galvanized sheet, the inner liner is made of 1.0mm galvanized perforated sheet, the box body is a double-door type, and it adopts the forced door latch of Taiwan style. The interior is heated by a heater, which is installed at the top of the oven. The heating power is 12KW and the voltage is 380V. The heating is controlled separately in two stages. The electrical control box is installed on the right side of the oven, and the maximum operating temperature of the box is adjustable within the range of room temperature to 250 degrees. The temperature is controlled by the digital display intelligent temperature control meter of Xiamen Joint venture (Yudian). (PID, analog output control, adjustable power, three-phase thyristor output control, the heating output power can be gradually increased or decreased; power-saving function, saving about 30% of electricity; over-temperature is controlled by the main control (Yuguang) meter, manual and automatic timing functions;) The AC contactor adopts the Chint brand. A 6-channel real-time temperature monitoring and inspection instrument is installed inside the electrical control box, allowing you to observe the temperature difference changes at the top, middle and bottom six points on both sides of the oven at any time. The temperature difference at different positions inside the oven box is ±3℃. One 750W vertical motor with a brand name from Taiwan is installed on the top for internal circulation operation Wind; Horizontal air flow mode; The temperature difference at different positions inside the oven box is ±3℃. Test the baked products after they have been at a constant temperature for 30 minutes from the set temperature. Timer: When the temperature reaches, the timer ; when the time is up, the heating is cut off ; when the air supply continues, the timer ; when the time is up, the power is cut off. Install an electronic over-temperature protection system to cut off the heating power supply in case of over-temperature. The oven is equipped with one baking cart inside. The main rack of the baking cart is made of 30*30 iron square tubes welded together, and the shelves are made of 30*30 Angle steel welded together. The interior of the baking cart is evenly divided into 15 layers, with 3 compartments. The baking cart is fixed inside the oven. Each compartment can accommodate one grill, and the oven can simultaneously hold 45 grills for product baking. The oven operates on a horizontal air circulation system.
