Three-tank Disc Coating And Painting Machine For Varistor Production Equipment
1. 2. Main parameters and requirements of the equipment (1) The machine is approximately 6.5 meters long. The total weight is approximately 1,000 kilograms. Machine model: LJBF-C, three-tank coating. The perforated disc in the powder trough drives the powder to rotate, and the heated products enter in sequence Put it into the powder trough to stick the powder. (7) The principle of powder supply is that the powder level is detected by photoelectric detection. When the powder level is lower than the detection level, powder is added to prevent excessive powder addition. (8) Separate control for the strong current and weak current of the machine. The temperature control is carried out by a temperature control meter. (9) The needle wheel in the preheating box of the machine is designed without bearings and has a function to prevent overheating and jamming. (10) Machine protection: There is a warning device to remind when the box cover is opened and closed. The powder trough part of the machine is protected by an overall high-temperature glass cover. (11) Machine power: approximately 18kw. The power and gas requirements for the machine are AC380V, three-phase five-wire type, and the gas source should be over 5kg. (12) The machine frame is made of aluminium profiles and the door panels are blue with baked paint. The machine panel is treated with hard chromium plating, and the aluminum alloy parts are treated with anodic hardening. (13) The machine is guaranteed for one year. Except for human factors and natural disasters, all other issues are within one warranty period and should be replaced and maintained in a timely manner.
