The base material of this laser fiber friction stir welded water-cooled plate is AL6063. Longitudinal channels are formed on the base material through deep hole drilling, and then milled at both ends of the transverse intervals. The channels are tightly connected by friction stir welding. In the direction of higher compressive strength and thinner thickness, this technology has been successfully applied to the water-cooled plates of high-power optical fiber equipment, significantly enhancing the heat dissipation performance of the liquid-cooled plates and meeting the heat dissipation requirements of different heat sources.
