The manifold (also referred to as a liquid cooling manifold) acts as the central hub for fluid distribution and collection in a liquid cooling system. Its core working principle lies in achieving the uniform distribution and recovery of cooling fluid among multiple branch cooling units (such as cold plates and microchannel heat sinks) through pressure-stabilized distribution and centralized collection, thereby ensuring consistent heat dissipation performance of the system. Product Features: The branch ports of the manifold are formed by welding, featuring excellent sealing performance, high hydraulic pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, reliability and safety. The bracket is simple, aesthetically pleasing and stable, facilitating easy installation and saving mounting space.

Application Scenarios 1.New Energy Vehicle Battery Packs The manifold needs to be adapted to the series-parallel layout of battery modules, and connected to the cold plate of each module via distribution ports. This ensures that the temperature difference between battery cells at different positions is controlled within ±2℃, thus avoiding the risk of thermal runaway. 2.Liquid Cooling for Data Center Servers The manifold adopts a hierarchical distribution design to allocate cooling fluid to the CPU/GPU cold plates of each server, which is suitable for the compact space layout of high-density cabinets. 3.Heat Dissipation for Industrial Frequency Converters The manifold features a compact integrated design, and is directly connected to the cold plate of the power module of the frequency converter to achieve precise and efficient local heat dissipation.

High-power liquid cooling systems require heat sinks capable of rapid heat absorption. Leveraging the high specific heat capacity of liquids, our systems transfer large amounts of heat through liquid flow, capable of dissipating heat ranging from several hundred watts to over one kilowatt.
Liquid Cold Plate Varieties
Buried-tube Liquid Cold Plate: Fabricated by grooving plates, burying and welding copper tubes inside, then hermetically sealing via welding. Ensures reliable liquid tightness, operational safety, and high flatness for excellent thermal contact.
Inserted-tube Liquid Cold Plate: Manufactured by embedding copper tubes onto aluminum plate surfaces using welding or bonding processes, with strict flatness control for minimal thermal resistance.
Channel-type Liquid Cold Plate: Internal flow channels formed on copper or aluminum substrates through drilling, extrusion, and precision machining, sealed via friction welding or high-temperature brazing.
Liquid Cooling Block: For high-power chip heat dissipation with internal flow channels created through skiving fin technology to maximize heat exchange surface area.
