| High Light | Diesel Self Propelled TMR Mixer Wagon ,14m3 Self Propelled TMR Mixer Wagon ,Large Scale Livestock Farms TMR Mixer | ||
This series of self-propelled diesel TMR mixer wagons with a loading arm is specially designed for large-scale livestock farms. It integrates multiple functions including feed loading, mixing, weighing, discharging, and transportation. The product line includes four mainstream models: 14 m³, 20 m³, 24 m³, and 30 m³. Powered by a diesel engine with a hydraulic drive system, it is suitable for various barn feeding scenarios. With high efficiency and stable performance, it is an ideal solution for precise ration formulation and automated feeding management.
The whole machine adopts an integrated electronic control system, equipped with a video monitoring system for real-time observation of mixing conditions, ensuring intuitive and easy operation.
The equipment is suitable for feed tables in standard cow barns with passage widths greater than 3.5 m. The minimum turning radius is only 6 m, allowing flexible maneuvering even in narrow farm areas.
The overall dimensions and weight of the four models are optimized according to capacity. All models are equipped with four Linglong tires:
These ensure strong load-bearing capacity, stable driving, and durability.
The equipment adopts a vertical mixing tank structure made of NM400 wear-resistant steel. The side wall thickness is 10 mm and the bottom plate thickness is 20 mm. The inner wall is additionally reinforced with wear protection treatment, providing excellent resistance to wear and impact, and extending service life.
The mixing structure is optimized by model:
Standard 65Mn blades with tungsten carbide coating ensure high hardness and sharp cutting performance. The number of blades increases with model size. The system can precisely cut forage into 2–8 cm lengths.
A complete working cycle takes 30 minutes, with less than 10 minutes of actual mixing time. Penn State Particle Separator testing confirms excellent uniformity, ensuring balanced nutrition intake for dairy and beef cattle.
The blade system uses preset alignment adjustment, making commissioning simple and daily maintenance convenient.
The full series is equipped with Weichai diesel engines with different power ratings:
This ensures sufficient power reserve for full-load operation.
Both travel and mixing systems are hydraulically driven. The core hydraulic components use Danfoss systems, ensuring high transmission efficiency and low failure rates.
The auger gearbox uses a domestic reducer, while the primary mixing reducer is self-manufactured with precision engineering. The overall transmission system is mature and well-matched, providing low noise, high torque, and stable continuous operation without stalling.
The equipment is equipped with an Avery Weigh-Tronix professional weighing system, featuring four Ningbo Keli load pin sensors. The system achieves C1 accuracy with an error of only ±2 kg.
Weighing capacity is designed by model:
The weighing display uses button controls and has an IP65 protection rating, making it dustproof and waterproof for harsh farm environments.
It supports SMA mode or customized control systems, paired with an Avery ZC200 controller and external display. The system provides clear data reading and full automation of batching and weighing, helping farms achieve precise ration formulation and reduce feed waste.
The machine uses a conveyor belt discharge system with two hydraulically controlled discharge doors. The system responds quickly and operates flexibly.
Under full load, complete unloading can be finished in as little as 5 minutes. The discharge is uniform and clog-free, enabling fast multi-pen feeding and significantly improving farm feeding efficiency.
