Description

In the production process, pure water is mainly used for cleaning and preparing various solutions and slurries, and the use of different products and production processes also have different effects on water quality.
Application
In the manufacture of electrolytic capacitors, pure water is used to clean the aluminum foil and workpieces to avoid leakage caused by chloride ions.
In the production of electronic tubes, the cathode coating contains carbonate, and impurities mixed in affect electron production and performance.
When crystals grow, impurities in pure water change the surface energy and affect the growth rate and crystal morphology.
Features
PLC control program realizes fully automatic operation, maintenance and flushing.
The LCD touch screen monitors water quality, water temperature, pressure, flow, etc. in real time to achieve intelligence.
The main machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the key components are imported originals (high-grade).
Adopting advanced electrolytic desalination (EDI) technology to maintain high purity water quality for a long time and reduce consumable replacement costs (optional).
Built-in thermal online printer to automatically print water quality and system parameter records (optional).
The computer remotely monitors the operating status of the system, and the data is updated online and stored in the cloud (optional).
