Description
Our company's ultrapure water equipment is widely used in different fields and uses special filter element pretreatment to effectively remove chlorine and organic pollutants in raw water. Reverse osmosis membrane elements further remove minute impurities and ions from the water while removing salt and bacteria. The final precision filtration improves water quality and inhibits bacterial growth. Our water treatment system incorporates advanced purification and monitoring technology to provide customized solutions based on water source, daily water demand and other parameters.
Application
The ultrapure water purified by the water treatment system can be used for environmental analysis, physical research experiments, various high-precision instrument analyses, molecular biology and life sciences, in vitro fertilization, tissue culture, animal cell culture, two-dimensional electrophoresis experiments, protein purification, Amino acid analysis, genetic research, brewing, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and mink production, etc.
Features
1. Fully automatic touch screen controller: The equipment adopts a fully automatic touch screen display controller and is equipped with an animated flow chart to monitor the process operation status of each water treatment unit in real time.
2. Online status and parameter display: Parameters such as flow, pressure, source water and produced water quality are monitored online and displayed digitally to facilitate real-time understanding of equipment operation, monitoring and analysis.
3. Automatic protection and alarm functions: The equipment has functions such as power-on self-check, water shortage protection alarm, automatic reset after power outage, high and low voltage automatic shutdown protection, etc., to realize system linkage and automatic shutdown to deal with problems.
4. RO membrane anti-scaling program design: The reverse osmosis host is equipped with an RO membrane anti-scaling program, which periodically flushes the RO membrane surface to effectively protect the RO membrane operation.
