Working principle of ultrapure water machine:
The tap water is pre-treated through precision filters and activated carbon filters to filter sediment and other particles and absorb odors, making the tap water cleaner. The water quality It can meet the national third-level water standard, and at the same time, the wastewater generated by the reverse osmosis device is drained.
Reverse osmosis pure water undergoes deep desalination through a purification column to obtain first-grade water or ultrapure water. Finally, if the user has special requirements, ultraviolet sterilization or microfiltration, ultrafiltration and other devices are added behind the ultrapure water to remove residual residues in the water. Bacteria, particles, heat sources, etc.
Consumable life:
Precision filter elements, activated carbon filter elements, reverse osmosis membranes, and purification columns are all materials with relatively long lifespans. Precision filter elements and activated carbon filter elements actually protect the reverse osmosis membrane. If they fail, the load on the reverse osmosis membrane will increase and the lifespan will be reduced. Short, if you continue to turn it on, the quality of the pure water produced will decrease, which will increase the burden on the purification column, and the life of the purification column will be shortened. The end result is to increase the cost of using ultrapure water machines.

Online monitoring of product water quality and recycling treatment of unqualified water: In order to ensure that the water quality at the water point meets the requirements, the water quality of the host machine is monitored online in real time, and a water quality feedback device is installed to recycle and reprocess unqualified water.
