Litz yarn is made up of dozens or even thousands of fine filaments twisted together, making it relatively "loose". Nylon yarn acts like a "bodysuit", tightly binding all the strands together to prevent them from coming apart, wearing down, or deforming during bending and winding, thus maintaining the integrity and consistency of the yarn structure.
Wear protective equipment:

If the insulation of the enameled wire is damaged, it can cause short circuits between the strands, rendering the Litz wire ineffective (becoming a thick, solid conductor and losing its skin effect resistance advantage).
