1UEW-H 0.1mm/AWG38*60 Stranded Copper Litz Wire for Transformers is a high precision, high stable product for high quality coil winding etc. The entangled strands are enameled litz wire (1UEW-H) and single conductor diameter is 0.1mm. The wire is made from 60 strands, which is the perfect number to ensure our products delivers the flexibility and strength needed to reliable transformer winding and consistent coil formation.
Insulation and temperature tolerance are important factors for transformers. It is designed for 180°C, so that it can keep its performance and form in high temperature environment. Owing to its ultra-fine-strand copper construction, it is routinely specified whenever transformer windings call for a robust electrical performance, with excellent compatibility with the winding process– A good choice for a transformer winding material in a broad suite of electronics and power equipment applications.
While the wire is great for use in transformers, it can also be applied to many other winding projects.
