The Nylon Serving Litz Wire is designed for high-performance winding applications that require stable conductivity and dependable insulation. It features 0.07 mm polyurethane enameled copper single-core that is solderable for easy assembly. Inside, the conductor is built with 2600 twisted strands, forming a fine litz structure to help improve current distribution and reduce AC loss in frequency-sensitive designs.
For mechanical protection and long-term reliability, the litz bundle is wrapped with a nylon serving layer. This outer layer enhances abrasion resistance and provides consistent insulation performance during manufacturing and operation.
To better match different application requirements, we also offer advanced alternatives, including PI taped litz wire, PET mylar litz wire, and ETFE triple insulated litz wire. Each wire type supports customization, so you can choose the insulation system that best suits your winding environment, handling needs, and electrical performance requirements.
