Product Performance Features:
1. The product is made of engineering plastic ABS material, which is corrosion-resistant and resistant to acids and alkalis, preventing the machine from being corroded under strong acid or strong alkali conditions.
2.It adopts a newly developed true-color 7-inch touch screen with independent intellectual property rights. Technology is people-oriented. The large interface enables great functionality. It has a microcomputer fully automatic control system, multi-level menu operation, high precision, strong anti-interference ability, and the entire operation process is digital.
3. Ergonomic design, with a water-electricity separation structure. It has a built-in hidden DC24V power supply. The working voltage is lower than the safe voltage for the human body. It is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and more importantly, it ensures safety.
4. Real-time online monitoring of the water quality of pure water and ultra-pure water, with both digital and curve displays. It is equipped with a USB interface, and water quality data can be downloaded.
5. There are specially set two-level passwords for the factory and customers. All system settings are protected by passwords to prevent unauthorized changes.
6. The produced water meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM, NCCLS, ISO or USP.
7. There is a specially set quantitative water intake function (quantitative range: 0.05-99L).
8. The date and operating time are displayed online.
9. The chip-type consumable lifespan alarm and reminder function eliminates customers' worries.
10. The water quality parameters of pure water and ultra-pure water can be freely set to provide different water quality requirements for different customers.
11. Intelligent design: When the water quality of the pure water produced fails to reach the set parameter value, it will automatically flow back, which meets the requirements of water resource conservation and ensures that the pure water in the storage tank is qualified pure water.
12. Intelligent design: When the water quality of the ultra-pure water produced fails to reach the set parameter value, it will automatically flow back to ensure that customers obtain high-quality ultra-pure water.
13. The water level of the storage tank can be set digitally, and the water storage capacity can be set according to the customer's daily water consumption. This avoids the decline of the water quality of pure water due to excessive water storage that is not used up in time and has been stored for too long.
14. The automatic circulation function of ultra-pure water ensures that the entire system is sterile. It has functions such as self-checking upon startup, water shortage protection alarm, automatic reset in case of power failure, automatic shutdown when the pure water tank is full, ultra-low pressure protection, UV lamp failure alarm, etc.
15. The accessories are connected with imported quick connectors, which are convenient, fast, and easy to maintain.
16. It adopts the process of dual-connected large-water-volume ultra-purification columns plus imported Rohm and Haas resin, which is convenient to replace and has a long service life.
17. The equipment can be upgraded for water quality and water volume in the later stage (function upgrade).
18. The pretreatment, RO, and ultra-purification components adopt a modular independent structure, making maintenance and filter element replacement more convenient, and conforming to GLP specifications. The pure water pipelines and joints have all obtained NSF certification.
19. Fully automatic anti-scale flushing of the RO membrane (flushing at intervals of 2 hours), and an overpressure alarm will be issued when the membrane pressure exceeds the set value.
20. It uses a high-end water tank with a conical round bottom, which is convenient for cleaning (it can be emptied), and is equipped with an air breather to prevent bacteria from entering the water tank.
