The difference between a titanium alloy transducer and an aluminum alloy transducer:
Aluminum alloy is the most commonly used basic material in ultrasonic waves. Whether it is a transducer, an amplitude modulator or a mold, most of the molds are made of aluminum alloy material, and the appearance is achieved by electroplating or oxidation treatment. The reason is that the strength of the titanium alloy material is high, and the high-strength material weakens part of the amplitude during the amplification and transmission of the ultrasonic wave, and it is advantageous to stabilize the strong wave and filter out the clutter. Make the ultrasonic transmission more stable. If it is necessary to achieve the same amplitude, it is necessary to change the design structure of the titanium alloy product and increase its amplitude design to achieve the required amplitude.
