Description:
Qianrong Ultrasonic's new digital ultrasonic power generator uses a 4-core 32-bit processor to apply the 485 communication protocol. It has three welding modes of time, energy and grounding; it can automatically track and display real-time frequency, with amplitude stepping function, welding amplitude range up to 10-100 (1% accuracy). There is also amplitude compensation to control your weld quality in real time. There are also transducer voltage protection, mold impedance analysis and protection, power supply input voltage and power overload protection to protect your equipment. Working Principle:
An ultrasonic power source, also known as an ultrasonic generator, is a device for generating and providing ultrasonic energy to an ultrasonic transducer. Its purpose is to convert our mains (220V or 380V, 50Hz or 60Hz) into a high-frequency AC signal that can be matched with an ultrasonic transducer. This signal can be either a sinusoidal signal or a pulsed signal.
