Description:
Ultrasonic precision spraying of proton exchange membrane catalysts for electrolytic cells is an efficient coating technology used to optimize the performance of electrolytic reactions. Ultrasonic spraying can effectively improve the utilization rate of catalysts and the conductivity of membranes, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of electrolytic cells.

Accurate Control of the Thickness of Catalyst Coating Methods :
1. Adjust the spraying parameters
a. Spray speed: Slowing down the spray speed can increase the coating thickness, otherwise it will decrease.
b. Liquid flow rate: Increasing the liquid flow rate can increase the amount of coating sprayed each time, thereby increasing the thickness.
c. Ultrasonic frequency: Adjusting the ultrasonic frequency can affect the size of the droplets, thereby affecting the uniformity and thickness of the coating.
2. Multiple spraying
