Description:
The ultrasonic probing atomization nozzle system can manufacture different atomization particle sizes and spraying widths through different frequencies and airflow channel designs, adapting to different spraying requirements such as area, thickness, and smoothness, especially for special environmental applications such as narrow spaces.
Typical applications include vacuum blood collection tube spraying, syringe silicone oil spraying, etc. FUNSONIC provides a complete ultrasonic spraying solution for vacuum blood collection and spraying. The controllable ultrasonic nozzle can perform ultrasonic spraying with 5-10 parallel heads, and the distance between the two nozzles is only 25mm. It can be directly used in existing vacuum blood collection production lines. Combined with a dedicated precision metering pump, the anticoagulant is evenly sprayed into the inner wall of the vacuum blood collection vessel, with a production speed of up to 12000 tubes per hour.

The ultrasonic probe type nozzle is an extended ultrasonic atomization nozzle that uses ultrasonic atomization nozzle technology. The ultrasonic atomization spraying system is one of the choices for generating internal coatings on medical equipment such as blood collection tubes (BCTs) and syringe syringes. The ultrasonic blood collection spray system can evenly apply clot activators and anticoagulants, including materials such as silica and acidic citrate glucose, inside the blood collection vessel. The ultrasonic nozzle can also spray drugs onto the desired spraying area of the blood collection vessel or syringe, avoiding unnecessary waste of raw materials.
