This dual-tank integrated equipment is specially built for industrial batch cleaning. It integrates the full process of "ultrasonic powerful cleaning + 5μm precision filtration + multi-stage rinsing", and accurately meets the needs of oil removal, chip removal, and residue removal for parts in multiple industries. The independent cleaning tank and rinsing tank are designed with separate zones: the first tank uses 28-130KHz multi-frequency ultrasonic waves to effectively remove contaminants such as oil stains, metal chips, and auxiliary residues; the second tank is equipped with a precision filtration system and cyclic rinsing function, which filters impurities in the cleaning fluid in real time to avoid secondary adhesion of dirt. Its cleanliness is far higher than that of single-tank equipment, meeting the precision cleaning standards of electronics, hardware and other industries.
2. Built-in Filtration Cycle, Outstanding Energy Saving and Cost Reduction
It is equipped with a standard 5μm high-precision filtration device, which increases the recycling rate of cleaning fluid by more than 65%, reduces the frequency of cleaning agent replacement, and saves more than 35% of consumable costs annually. The tank body is integrally formed with 304 stainless steel (316L material optional), with 2mm thick plates and manual argon welding process, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. It supports 24-hour continuous operation, and its service life is 30% longer than that of ordinary equipment.
3. Multi-Stage Rinsing Technology, No Residue for More Peace of Mind
The rinsing process is optimized, combined with an overflow drainage structure, which quickly removes residual cleaning agents and tiny impurities on the workpiece surface. After rinsing, there is no liquid hanging or residue on the workpiece surface, and it can be directly connected to subsequent processes (such as electroplating, assembly, testing) without additional rework, improving overall production efficiency.
4. Non-Destructive Adaptation to Multiple Materials, Strong Versatility
The ultrasonic power supports stepless adjustment of 0-100%. For workpieces of different materials such as soft metals (aluminum, copper), precision electronic components, optical accessories, and medical equipment, cleaning parameters are customized to achieve a balance between "effective decontamination" and "non-destructive workpiece". The surface roughness after cleaning is Ra ≤ 0.5nm, without damaging the workpiece precision.
