Four Core Processes: Every Step Empowers "Ultimate Cleanliness"
Cleaning & Filtration Tank: Deep Decontamination with Circulating Purification
Equipped with a 28-130kHz multi-frequency adjustable ultrasonic system and precisely controlled power density ranging from 0.3-1.2W/cm², it powerfully removes stubborn contaminants such as oil stains, iron filings, welding slag, and particles from component surfaces. Built-in 5-20μm precision circulating filtration system filters impurities in the cleaning fluid in real time to prevent secondary pollution caused by contaminant reattachment. The integrated heating function (room temperature to 80℃) accelerates the dissolution of oil stains and impurities, making it ideal for high-pollution load scenarios (e.g., auto parts, hardware workpieces, and pre-plating treatment).
First Rinsing Tank: Primary Purification to Remove Most Residues
Preliminary rinsing is performed with clean water or dedicated rinsing fluid to quickly strip the cleaning fluid and a large amount of soluble impurities attached to component surfaces. It features an overflow design to continuously renew the rinsing water, avoiding impurity accumulation and laying the foundation for subsequent precision cleaning. Constant temperature control (room temperature to 60℃) is supported to improve rinsing efficiency, suitable for medium-precision cleaning requirements.
Second Rinsing Tank: Precision Cleaning & Purification for Residue-Free Guarantee
The core upgraded process! Secondary precision cleaning is conducted with pure water/deionized water (compatible with 18MΩ ultrapure water) to completely remove trace residual cleaning fluid, ionic impurities, and micro-particles on component surfaces. Equipped with a ±2℃ precision constant temperature control system and circulating filtration device, it ensures the cleanliness of rinsing water, meeting the stringent requirements of "zero ionic contamination and no water marks" in semiconductor, medical, optical, and other industries. Optional ultrasonic-assisted rinsing is available to further enhance the removal of residues in tiny gaps.
Drying Tank: Rapid Drying to Prevent Oxidation and Rust
Adopting hot air circulation drying technology, it features stepless temperature adjustment from 40-120℃ and precise airspeed control of 0.5-2m/s. The sealed cavity combined with flow guide design achieves rapid drying within 3-15 minutes (adjustable based on component size). Compared with traditional drying methods, it improves efficiency by 80%, while preventing water marks, oxidation, and rust on component surfaces, providing an optimal foundation for subsequent processes such as electroplating, assembly, and packaging.
