Solutions:
Cleaning Tank: 60-100kHz high-frequency ultrasonic waves with low power density (0.1-0.3W/cm²) to avoid damaging precision circuits.
First Rinsing Tank: Preliminary rinsing with pure water to remove most residual cleaning fluid.
