Targeted Spraying Pre-Cleaning: High-pressure water flow impacts oil-prone areas such as barrel mouth threads and inner wall folds in a directional manner, quickly flushing away surface impurities like floating oil and metal shavings, reducing the load of ultrasonic cleaning and preventing the solidification of stubborn stains.
Ultrasonic Deep Stain Removal: Adopting an industrial-grade ultrasonic frequency of 25KHz, the energy penetrates hard-to-reach gaps of hydraulic barrels (such as welds and grooves) that are difficult for manual cleaning, stripping off stubborn oil stains and colloidal residues. After cleaning, there are no visible stains inside the barrel, meeting the standards for hydraulic oil reuse or secondary filling.
Hot Air Rapid Drying: After cleaning, the adjustable hot air system (60-90℃) is automatically activated, blowing evenly inside and outside the barrel at 360°, and completing drying within 30 minutes (depending on the barrel type).
